Our Services Will Be Online

Friends,

In an effort to protect all of us, especially the most vulnerable in our communities, we will be shifting to online services for the coming weeks. While we would all prefer to worship, pray, gather and fellowship in person, moving to online services is both the most responsible and caring step to take at this time.

For the next few weeks, we will be using a video conferencing platform called “zoom” for our worship services, prayer meetings, and other gatherings. Some of you may be familiar with it already. Others of you may need to download zoom on your computer or smartphone. Zoom also offers the option to phone in and join meetings (services) via a telephone call. If at any point you need assistance connecting with us, please do not hesitate to call or email and we will help you.

Each week I will email an “invitation” to our Sunday service (or other meetings as appropriate). The invitation will have a link for you to click, which will bring you to the meeting. It would be best if you can enter the meeting with both video and audio, so we can see one another, speak to one another, and pray for one another.

(If you are not already on our email list, please contact me and I will add your email.)

Again, this is less than ideal, and I am sure there will be some glitches to work out. But this is a responsible and caring step that will allow us to continue to worship together, and to care for one another. If you have a particular need or request, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance. Stay in touch with family, friends, neighbors, and your church family, for your own well being and for the health and well being of all. Together, and with the Lord’s help we will get through this difficult time.

Be safe, be well, and may the Lord be with you!
